And for the most part, if I’ve done my homework, these experiences have been successful. But, there is one problem that remains: how do you get them up to speed quickly? Leaving that aside, how do you get them to feel like they are an integral part of the company? How do they immediately feel ownership and inclusion? On the other side, how do you not inundate your C-Levels and Executives with intro meetings?
